Return Policy – Detoxxie

At Detoxxie, your experience and wellbeing are our top priorities. While we stand fully behind the quality of our detox tea, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a clear and fair return policy, designed to balance hygiene safety with your consumer rights.

Legal Framework

Our return policy is governed by Dutch law (Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code). By purchasing from Detoxxie, you agree that any returns, exchanges, or disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Netherlands regardless of your delivery country.

We proudly serve customers worldwide and aim to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible, including for international customers.

What You Can Return

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The hygiene seal must be intact

  • Your order number must be clearly included inside or on the package

What You Cannot Return

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened tea pouches

  • Used items or items with a broken hygiene seal

  • Returns requested after 30 days

  • Products with no Track & Trace code on the return shipment

Please note: Detoxxie contains natural ingredients such as Senna and Cassia Seed, which may have a mild laxative effect. This is a normal and expected part of the detox process, and not considered a product defect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@detoxxie.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide the return instructions and the return address in the Netherlands.

  2. Pack your product securely. Make sure it’s unopened and includes your order number.

  3. Ship the return using a method with Track & Trace. Send the tracking code to returns@detoxxie.com.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. If reported on time, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

If reported after 14 days, we may not be able to replace the item.

Why This Policy?

Because our tea is consumed internally, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Even if a pouch appears unused, we cannot guarantee its safety once it leaves your hands, so we cannot restock or resell returned tea.

This policy ensures every Detoxxie customer receives a fresh, unopened, and uncompromised product.

International Customers

This policy applies globally. Whether you’re ordering from the Netherlands, Australia, Canada, the US, or anywhere else, all returns must be sent to our EU return center and are subject to Dutch law.
